Dine by Peter Gordon is the signature restaurant of the internationally renowned New Zealand chef. Designed by architect Tom Skyring in collaboration with Peter, the restaurant is chic and elegant with a timeless décor, winning numerous awards for cuisine and interior fitout.

To enhance these qualities, we wanted our design to have an elegance and spare classicism. A crisp palette of white and magenta prevails, while the Fleur de lis patterning suggests a French heritage of expert cuisine.
